Description:

This case analysis regards a patient with multivessel coronary heart disease who undergoes coronary angiography. Coronary artery bypass surgery is recommended. The patient undergoes additional evaluation with Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) to define the hemodynamic significance of several of the coronary stenoses.

Note: This course is eligible for ACPE credit.

You Will Learn

For a patient with chest pain:

  • The limits of coronary angiography.
  • The use of fractional flow reserve to determine therapeutic options.
  • How to apply the FAME Trials findings to patients with complex coronary heart disease.

Method and medium:
